Welcome to Day 6 of Fit, Fyne and Fabulous’ 12 days of FITmas!!
Let us introduce you to Ms. Krista Gaddist! Krista joined Fit, Fyne and Fabulous just over 2 months ago and you won’t believe this pretty lady’s transformation! In that time alone, she has lost, wait for it….. over 17 pounds and 25 inches!! MY GOD that’s awesome!!
We have really enjoyed watching Krista shrink, shrink, shrink! Her dedication is IMPRESSIVE! Her easy going spirit is refreshing. Krista we celebrate you today LOVE! Looking forward to your continued journey. Make it FABULOUS!!
How many pounds and inches have you lost since joining Fit, Fyne and Fabulous? 17.8 pounds, 25.5 inches
The group was recommended by someone in Team Sexi Body (I think). I am not sure who though…
I was missing the accountability piece and the support. If I didn’t want to workout, I didn’t. Now I think about my accountability partner & I get up & workout anyway!
Being in a group of like minded women with similar goals and struggles really pushed me to take better care of me. The motivating messages helped me stay focused and not give up on myself.
I would definitely recommend this group to a friend! We limit ourselves by our own excuses. This no excuses group helps you change your mindset and stay focused on your goals… not your excuses.
I zipped a size 12 party dress just last week! I was in 14s going to up to 16s just 9 weeks prior.
I just didn’t want to workout one day. I was down in the dumps for real. I thought of my partner and how her numbers would be affected by mine. I also got a message from my coach asking what was up. I got up & got my sparkle on!! I felt great after my workout too.
Trainers and gyms can be intimidating and gym fees are due whether you go to the gym or not. I get to workout at home. My gear doesn’t have to match. No one is watching me. I can wash clothes, take care of my kids, cook dinner AND get my workout on at a time that is convenient for me! You can’t fail unless you choose to do so…
I can talk myself out of pretty much anything! I must sometimes get out of my own way to reach my goals! I really can do what I will myself to do.
The hardest part about getting fit is starting. Once you get started, believe in yourself and there are no limits to what you can do! Do it for yourself. Otherwise, you will stop when the naysayers question your intentions with questions like… How small are you going to get? Why are you eating that? Are you trying to impress someone? Cheer yourself on. Be proud of yourself. Let your work speak for you!
