What prevented you from reaching your weight loss goals prior to joining Fit, Fyne and Fabulous?  I was never consistent with eating right or exercising

How did Fit, Fyne, and Fabulous help you get closer to reaching your fitness goals?

I had a group to be accountable to. I had to help motivate others and that kept me going. Even when I had bad days, I had the encouragement from the group not to give up.

Would you recommend Fit, Fyne and Fabulous to a friend? If yes, why?

I would recommend it to everyone who is trying to get fit, healthy or just lose weight! It really works, it is working for me!

What has been your most rewarding NSV or “Non-Scale Victory” since joining FFF?

My husband commented on how sexy I look! That did it for me! You can definitely see that I lost 11 inches! I’m so excited!Shayne 3

Think of a day where you felt you wanted to give up on your journey. How did Fit, Fyne and Fabulous motivate you to keep going?  Every day for the first two weeks, I felt like it was too hard. I would post whatever I was feeling and I received an overwhelming amount of responses on how to stay focused and ways to eat right. The testimonials were helpful for me as well. To see people’s transformation kept me alive in this journey! I am so grateful to all of the wonderful coaches and ladies that kept me going.
What would you say to a friend who was trying to decide between getting a trainer at the gym vs working out from home and getting FREE virtual accountability?

Why would you pay all of the money to go to the gym and only have one person to help you when you can have the support of so many at home for virtually the cost of one months membership at the gym. All of this in the comfort of your own home!!

What have you learned about yourself during your fitness journey thus far?

That I can do more than I thought! If I can get my “mind right”, my body will do what it needs to.

What advice/tips would you like to share with others who are on the same fitness journey?

Just work the program and it will work for you! It worked for me!!!
