WELCOME TO DAY 4 OF OUR 12 DAYS OF FIT-MAS!!!
Let us introduce you to the fabulous Ms. LaTonia Johnson, or shall I say Sergeant First Class (SFC) Johnson!! LaTonia joined Fit, Fyne & Fabulous a little over 10 weeks ago, as she prepared for the United States Army Fitness Test (which are required twice a year). But, after just 3 weeks, yup I said just 3 weeks – 21 days people!! She lost more weight and gained more strength with us, than she had allllll year!!! In fact, not only did she pass her fitness test, she RAISED HER SCORE by 15 points!!!

How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous?
I didn’t like my body. I felt I could never be healthy; I accepted the fact that I was thick and thought I would always be that way.
How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now?
I have lost 7 pounds 12 inches. I am loving my new body.
What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory?
When the doctor told me I loss 4% Body fat and gained 2 pound of muscles.
What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF?
I LOOOOVE the ground turkey zucchini spaghetti. It tastes so zesty and flavorful. The Veggetti noodle maker makes the best zucchini noodles! It’s so good…It tastes like cheating!
Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?
Just because someone may have told you that you will always be a thick female doesn’t mean you have to accept it! Set a goal and go for it.
