Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Breakfast: Egg & Banana Pancakes (1 red, 1 purple)
Snack: Shakeology with Fav Fruit (1 red, 1 purple)
Lunch: “Fabulous Turkey Meatballs” , wild rice, brocolli (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow)
Snack: Cajun Kale Chips (1 purple, 1 tsp)
Dinner: Fabulous Spaghetti Squash (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow)
Tuesday and Thursday
Breakfast: Fabulous Breakfast Scramble ( 1 green, 1/2 yellow, 1 red)
Snack: Banana with almond butter (1 purple, 1 tsp)
Lunch: Fabulous Southwest Veggie Taco (1/2 green, 2 yellow, 1 blue)
Snack: Deviled Avocado Eggs (1 blue, 1 red)
Dinner: Fabulous Eggplant Pizza Rounds (1 red, 2 greens, 1 blue)
