HOW IT WORKS:
Each day during the Challenge there’s an “Easy Diva Task” designed to help you get and stay on the road to reaching your fitness goals!


Daily Tasks will be based on the theme for the day. The daily themes for the Challenge are:

Day 2:  Get the Kitchen Tools You Need to Succeed!

Day 3:  How to Prep Protein Fabulously

Day 4:  How to Prep Veggies Fabulously

Day 5:  How to Prep Healthy Grains Fabulously

Day 6:  How to Season your Meals Fabulously

Day 7:  Receive Your Fabulous FREE Meal Plan!


HOW TO GUARANTEE SUCCESS:

  • Read and commit to doing your Easy Diva Task each day!
  • Perform the task. Don’t worry, it won’t be hard!
  • Get accountability partners!  One of the best ways to guarantee your success is to do the Challenge with a group or at least with one other person.  It will help keep you motivated.
