How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *

I felt frustrated and did not know where to turn or what to do.


How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *

I have lost 34 inches and 42lbs based on the measuring that FFF requires. I measured more of my body and lost more than 62 inches. I feel fantastic about my fitness journey. It was like I was able to conquer those demons. Now I have been reborn.


What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *

My favorite NSV is wearing a size 10 from a size 22. I love shopping in the juniors. And for my husband and I to wear the same size shirt. A SMALL! YES!

What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

My favorite is the banana protein pancakes. I love love love pancakes and to know I can eat a pancake and still lose weight is so exciting to me! It is quick, easy and filling. I plan to make pecan pancakes with this recipe and berry pancakes. The options are unlimited.


What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *

Exercising at least 30 min a day for a minimum of 4-5 days a week. I don’t have to work out for 2 hours. And I am still healthy.


Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?

Trust the process Divas! I can tell you to be patient, but we all have a hard time with that word. So “trusting the process” is so key. If you stick to the guidelines and press your way thru, the results will come. No doubt about it! I am a living witness. Giving up should not be an option. I am healthier because of Fit, Fyne & Fabulous!
