|How did you feel about your body and your fitness journey before Joining Fit, Fyne & Fabulous? *
I’ve always had an up and down relationship with my body. And that is because I was always trying fad diets instead of learning the proper way to eat to live.
|How many pounds and inches did you lose with FFF, and how do you feel about your body and your fitness journey now? *
Overall 30+ pounds and I have gotten as small as a size 6 from a size 13. I am currently hovering around a size 10. The size 10 is from letting the past 3 months of stress at work get to me. However, I have to say that I like being a little thicker versus smaller. I just want my waist and thighs to be tight. So my comfortable size is between an 8 and 10.
|What is your favorite NSV or Non Scale Victory? *
My favorite NSV is being able to go harder with my workouts before tiring out. Plus I now know what causes my knee and joint pain and that’s the deadly sugar monster. So I know I’m not doing what I need to do when my joints start hurting more than normal.
|What is your favorite clean eating recipe you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
There are so many. But I think right now mine is the Cauliflower Fried Rice. My family loves it too but I make mine with shrimp and I’ve been lucky enough to have a grocery store that sells cauliflower rice and broccoli/cauliflower rice. Both are very good in the recipe.
|What is your favorite fitness tip you’ve learned while being a part of FFF? *
The less can sometimes be more. I don’t have to do long workouts to get great results. And there are so many good free workout videos on YouTube and in the FFF app that you can use/combine to get a great workout.
|Is there anything you would like to share with women who are on the fence about starting their journey? Anything you would like to leave them with, a quote or any final words of motivation?
If you join the group and use all the great tools that you are given you should have no problem losing weight. It is well worth the investment in yourself.
