A note from STEVE HARVEY….
There’s a difference between what you say and what you do. There’s a difference between what you know and what you apply. Day 5 is all about acting on that difference.
It’s not enough to plan, talk, dream, hope and prepare. These represent a fraction of what it takes to be successful. You must also DO. That’s when real progress is made. Remember, success is an action word.
KEY ACTION STEP DAY 5:
What one thing will you start doing today that puts you in motion? This must be something tangible. It will more than likely be something that makes you uncomfortable. It will probably challenge your status quo.
Once you’ve done it….share it with our community in the Fit, Fyne & Fabulous Facebook Group. Remember, your post below should start with “I will…” or “I am going to…”, as you’ll share BEFORE you do it now!! The journey starts with a goal in mind. Once the goal is set you begin to put plans in place in order to achieve that goal. As you embark on the journey to reach your goals, you have to realize that the plans are a guide rather than an exact blueprint. Along the way there will be detours and bumps which are designed to help get you closer to your true purpose.
This passage of text has a great parallel to the goal of leading a healthier lifestyle. In our group, you will receive lots of information and advice to aid you in creating better habits. If some advice doesn’t work for you right away or your results aren’t like that of another diva this is not a sign to discount the advice or abandon the ultimate goal. It’s an opportunity to learn your body and how it responds to certain stimuli and take that lesson to help you move forward. You are a work in progress and every new piece of information or experience is helping to pave the way to reaching your goal.
