Accomplishing any big goal starts with a step. When your vision comes to life, it’s because of the monthly, weekly and daily progress you made over time. And each step, each part of your journey, should be recognized.

Acknowledging the progress you’ve already made is a powerful strategy to motivate and inspire you to keep going.

We have all heard the saying “No Pain No Gain”, which is the perfect statement for your fitness journey. The adversity you will face during your journey will reveal lessons we would of never learned without them. God has place everything in you to win, adversity pushes you to the limit to overcome. So when you are going through those rough times know it was intentionally placed there. Do not cave in, overcome them like the Queen you are.

Adversity humbles you. It reminds you that we can not achieve this on our own. God place us in the world with other people so we can use them to encourage us to different levels in life. So when times are hard, reach out to your encourager & partner. They need you as much as you need them; adversity gives you a new compassion for others who are going through.

    Reading this I am reminded that in all things GOD works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his person . Keeping this scripture in mind confirms that this is a bigger purpose and it is part of the process to overcome and reach your goals.

    I give myself credit for not giving up and starting over. God has given me everything that I need. Just continue to look and follow him he is everything

    Since I began this challenge I gave up peppermints (the hard ones that grandma gave me in church) and I also gave up my chocolate, caramel pecan candy. I’m BACK on my water game since I KNOW I have to report my intake…ACCOUNTABILITY. Measuring my portions and TRYING to eat 5 meals are also in my thoughts daily. I’m going attain my goal.

    I give myself credit for making sure that I stayed on track when I left my breakfast home on the counter the other day. I stopped by a restaurant, ordered my eggs, stopped by a grocery story got a banana and still made it to work on time. I am dedicated and committed to NOT making excuses.
