Laziness and a Procrastinator
Many people never stop to realize that laziness is a sin. To be constantly idle and fruitless is contrary to scriptural teachings. And anything that goes against God’s word is sin.
Here is an outline of a lazy person:
First ~ she is a procrastinator, someone that puts off what needs to be done
Second ~ she uses any excuse to avoid work
Third ~ she wastes time
Finally ~ a slothful person is neglectful and careless with regard to what’s going on around her
These scriptures in Proverbs explains what happens to a lazy person:
Proverbs 20:4 (NLT) Those too lazy to plow in the right season will have no food at the harvest.
Proverbs 6:9-11 (NLT) But you, lazybones, how long will you sleep? When will you wake up? A little extra sleep, a little more slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest—then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit; scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.
Whoa…who wants that. [bctt tweet=”It is time Divas to GET UP and make some moves! ” username=”FitFyneFabulous”]This is your season to get healthy! This is your season to get what you have been praying for! Let’s Move together! You are not alone!
